When drivers talk, Toyota listens. When truck drivers tell Toyota that they wanted a more rugged off-road look, the designers at Toyota take notice. Do you want proof? The recently released 2014 Tundra, which will soon be available at Capitol Toyota in the greater Salem area is proof in its own.

"Tundra's new exterior design and all-new interior were inspired by customer feedback requesting a more chiseled exterior and refined interior with improved driver ergonomics, and easy-to-use technology, giving customers more of what they want instead, in addition to what they need," says Bill Fay, the general manager and group V.P of the Toyota Division.

The new 2014 Toyota Tundra is a direct result of the feedback from Toyota owners. The owners explained their driving experience and how Toyota could build upon it for the 2014 model year. What are the changes?

  • The truck's bed has been redesigned to fit in with truck's overall look

  • The wheels and fenders have been squared off to give the vehicle a more stable stance.
  • To finish off, the vehicle has its name stamped in its tailgate. It's simple, but it looks awesome.
