We have drivers who buy or lease a hybrid from Capitol Toyota coming back to our showroom raving about how much they love it. It's always nice to hear, and we're proud that you can find seven hybrid options in our new Toyota lineup, a number that is expected to rise by 2015.
In the lead up to the New York International Auto Show Toyota stated that it see hybrids remaining a vital part of their focus going forward across all its nameplates, which includes Scion and Lexus. In total, they are looking to have 20 hybrid vehicles available in 2015, which will be here sooner than you think.
Already we can enjoy the Prius and its different variants along with the likes of the Highlander Hybrid, Camry Hybrid and the new Avalon Hybrid. The possibility of even more on the way is most exciting.
While we don't know which Toyota vehicles will see a hybrid edition come out, we have our guesses. As you might have read on the Capitol Toyota blog, the Corolla will be refreshed after the automaker debuted the Furia concept earlier this year. Could a hybrid be in the works as well? It would make some sense.
Whatever models come with a new eco-friendly trim, we're sure they'll be successful, just as the other seven are.
