Toyota has announced the 2026 C-HR will be fully electric. This five-seat SUV uses two electric motors to produce 338 horsepower. The battery system provides about 290 miles of driving range between charges. Drivers in Salem can charge at home in seven hours or find fast charging stations that work at 150 kilowatts. The C-HR uses the North American Charging System (NACS) charging connector that many stations now support.

Buyers can choose between SE and XSE trims. The SE includes heated seats, 18-inch wheels, and a power driver's seat. The XSE adds 20-inch wheels, memory seats, and available JBL speakers. Both models have a 14-inch touchscreen with wireless phone connections. Standard safety tech includes blind spot monitoring, parking sensors, and automatic braking. The SUV measures 177.9 inches long and uses all-wheel drive (AWD) in all conditions.

Capitol Toyota will carry the 2026 C-HR when it becomes available. Oregon drivers can check our new Toyota inventory for updates on when the C-HR arrives.
